So this year Chic+Nawdie is missing National Stationery Show, for the same reason many of us (including me) have in years past: a new baby! Nhung welcomed her daughter May in February — but that hasn’t slowed her down. In fact, becoming a mother has inspired her to venture into an entirely new medium: gouache (sometimes called opaque watercolor).
I think you’ll agree that these vibrant designs take the range to a very vivid, visually arresting place. However, you make that judgement call for yourself!
