DEALTRY x Hartland Brooklyn

What better way to kick off 2020 than with a really exquisite collaboration? Hartland Brooklyn is the brainchild of Emily Johnson, while Helen Dealtry has been designing textiles for the worldwide market for over a decade.

The two met years ago, by chance. After earning her B.A. in the UK, Helen (shown on the right above) moved to NYC for a job in a leading textile design studio. They met when Helen stumbled across Dobbin Studios, just down the block from Emily’s Greenpoint, Brooklyn, studio.

Emily moved her business upstate in 2015, and when Helen moved to the area last year, their collaboration was born.

The range blends Helen’s vibrant floral watercolors with Hartland’s signature neons, foil stamping, and hand lettering. The effect is dreamy, ethereal and very distinctive. The kraft envelopes ground the designs — and imagine the surprise of the recipient when they first spy the glorious burst of color inside!

I think you’ll agree these are really something! You can shop them all here, and they are available wholesale through Hartland and well as on Faire. Oh, and shipping is free to any shop that wants to go cello-free!

Or, see it all in person at National Stationery Show in a few short weeks. Find Hartland Brooklyn in Booth 8107.
