<p>Typically when I discover a new range, it&#8217;s a North American maker who is new on the stationery scene. It&#8217;s far rarer to stumble across a fresh foreign range that&#8217;s a bit further along but still relatively new to the States.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s definitely the case with <a href="https://www.redbackcards.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" title="Redback Cards">Redback Cards</a>, hailing from sunny Devon. It is stocked in British shops including John Lewis, Scribbler, Paperchase and Oliver Bonas and has won five Henries — that&#8217;s the British equivalent of the Louie Award — but the brand has a lower profile on this side of the pond so far. I think you&#8217;ll agree that the artful combination of cheeky copy, bold color and gold foil makes a pretty distinctive splash.</p>
