Thinking of You … and Beyond

So, how’s everyone’s Thinking of You week going? Whether you are taking the challenge and sending seven cards in seven days, or are not and are feeling guiltily un-paper nerd-like every time you see a post about it, just know that this week will come to an end — but your card writing shouldn’t!

With that in mind, I’m sharing a blend of cards. Some are pulled from my Stationery Trends Thinking of You edit in my summer issue, as well some favorites I was unable to include. It’s all in the name of episolotory appreciation. Hopefully this will get you inspired to put down your digital device and send a card to someone who would love to hear from you. Though their paper surfaces may not seem strong, every last one of these cards has the incredible power to uplift someone’s day!

I hope you found a favorite here, or maybe just a new maker to obsess on. Better yet, I hope you had at least one instance of, “that card would be PERFECT for (your friend’s name)!”

Please, take the time to send a meaningful message their way, and also consider setting aside some time weekly to write and send cards. (Personally, I keep an ongoing list of people I want to write, often with notes about what I want to tell them, and try to tackle them every Saturday afternoon.) I promise you, over time you’ll see that your life and relationships — to say nothing of your mailbox! — become that much more vibrant and full of surprises!
