NSS Mailers, Part 1!

Good morning! Hopefully I am one of the first (if not the very first) to wish you a Happy National Stationery Week!

I hope you’re ready for some paper eye candy, since today I’m showcasing three gorgeous mailers I’ve received for National Stationery Show. All three I’m featuring today come from first-time exhibitors, and the first is Sparkvites.

I didn’t know until receiving this that I was a member of the Secret Paper Society, but I’m proud to belong! Like any shadow organization, every detail of this mailing has been carefully considered. All the pieces cleverly fit into the black sleeve shown behind the invitation below. Wear one of the enclosed temporary tattoos to booth 1969, and you’ll receive four single cards of your choice with your order in addition to free U.S. freight.

Sparkvites’ wares are just as compelling as the mailer — check them out!

Paula & Waffle sent me this adorable two-sided mailer depicting a bunny shopping its wares.

Paula Cheng-Mehta is the artist, while Waffle is Paula’s Havanese pup. All designs start from Paula’s sketches, many of which come to life in and around NYC parks, coffee shops, and museums. Check it all out for yourself in Booth 2168.

Finally, NANCY & BETTY STUDIO is riding the Atlantic Express to exhibit, so they are especially perfect to highlight today as the National Stationery Week festivities kick off in London. The idea of tickets is popular in paper right now, and their sleek matte take on the theme is most posh!

Like so much of British design lately, their work is a bright breath of fresh air. Those little containers in many of the shots are vintage typewriter tins, which are sold filled with ribbon. See it all for yourself in Booth 2045.

There are many more of these great mailers where these came from, so stay tuned in the weeks leading up to NSS as I highlight more. And, if you haven’t already sent me yours, please send it my way at: P.O. Box 22122, Beachwood, Ohio 44122.
